Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
1. Any manufacturing faulty and defective products, you can return to us.
2. any transport damaged products: when you receive our delivery, please check carefhully on every single cartons to see if there is any obviours damage or leakage. make sure to mark all the suspecious items on the consignment note, then let us know within 3 days, so we can lodge a claim to freight company on your behalf.
3, We do not take return if the damages occured while displaying in your stores.
4. We do not take return just because you changed mind.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Please report to us within 7 days. after our approval, please return to us within another 7 days.

to our warehouse in Manukau : 103 Kerrs Road Manukau Auckland
HOW do customers return items?
there are 3 options we normally offer, 1. dispose faulty products. 2. bring faulty items back for credit. 3. courier back then we will refund you courier charge.
SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates is not refundable. We will pay for shipping the return if it is our fault.
CREDIT for returns?
Credit Note will be issued after we receive those faulty products.
